7月30日，记者从河北省承德市兴隆县抢险救灾指挥部获悉，受本轮强降雨影响，兴隆县六道河镇部分村受灾。经核实，承德兴隆强降雨已造成8人遇难、18人失联，失联人员搜救工作仍在开展。
