美湖股份7月30日公告，公司董事会秘书蒋沙因个人原因申请辞去董事会秘书职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，辞职申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效。公司当天召开第十一届董事会第二十一次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司董事会秘书的议案》，同意聘任祁峰为公司董事会秘书，任职期限自本次董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会届满时止。
