7月30日，滕州，阳光锦绣苑业主反映，房屋多个墙面出现贯穿裂缝，担心房屋安全。验房师检测发现加气砌块墙体局部缺少拉结筋。当地街道表示之前已经联系施工单位查看过现场，业主同意维修的话，随时可以施工整改。
