近日【光伏资讯】微信公众号（PV-info）了解到，黑龙江省发展和改革委员会发布了关于2025年第二季度分布式光伏电网可开放容量的公告。
公告指出，其中有7地接入受限，分别为大庆市肇州县、肇源县、大同区；绥化市青冈县、明水县、兰西县、安达县。全省合计可开放容量为1778MW！
