美东时间周二早间，贝克休斯（BKR）股价下跌约1%，此前有报道称该公司即将以136亿美元现金收购查特工业（Chart Industries，GTLS），交易对后者估值达每股210美元，较其前一收盘价溢价22%。
此项收购将取代查特工业此前与福斯公司（FLS）达成的合并协议。该交易旨在强化贝克休斯在液化天然气、核能及数据中心领域布局。
