7月28日，奥康国际（603001）发布公告，控股股东奥康投资将其持有的1250万股办理质押，占其所持股份的11.24%及公司总股本的3.12%。
截至公告披露日，奥康投资累计质押股份为8961万股，占其持股总数的80.6%及公司总股本的22.35%。
2025年一季度，奥康国际实现收入5.90亿元，归母净利润-4406万元。
