财联社7月25日电，据官方公告，Strategy于2025年7月24日完成2800万股可变利率A类永久优先股（$STRC）定价，发行价为每股90美元，预计将于7月29日交割，扣除费用后预计募资约24.74亿美元。募集资金将用于一般企业用途，包括增持比特币。STRC初始年化月度分红利率为9%，并可由公司视市场调整。
