7月25日，根据河北省、陕西省洪涝灾害救灾工作需要，按照应急管理部调运指令，国家粮食和物资储备局闻令而动，向两省调运折叠床、毛巾被、毛毯、家庭应急包、应急照明灯等2.3万件中央救灾物资，支持两省做好受灾群众转移安置和救灾救助工作。
