7月24日，益生股份（002458）发布公告，为支持公司的子公司江苏益生禽业有限公司业务的发展，2025年7月23日，江苏益生与公司控股股东曹积生签订了《借款协议》，曹积生为江苏益生提供无息借款5000万元。
2025年一季度，益生股份实现收入6.23亿元，归母净利润-1317万元。
