人民财讯7月24日电，中指研究院最新发布《6月住宅产品月报》显示，新房市场改善需求稳步释放。与2024年同期相比，2025年上半年30个代表城市中，超7成城市120平方米以上成交套数占比提升，改善性需求稳步释放。分面积段来看，20个城市120—144平方米产品成交套数占比提升，其中上海、青岛、长沙等城市提升幅度超4个百分点。21个城市144平方米以上成交套数占比提升。
