雷速体育7月24日讯 据美媒ClutchPoints报道，火箭球星凯文·杜兰特在俄克拉荷马的一处旧豪宅正以35美元价格出售。
据其报道，这不是打字错误，业主希望这座豪宅的价格和杜兰特球衣号码相同来致敬。虽然这只是起始价格，业主称房屋最终售价当然会远高于这个数字。
据悉，该房产真实价值约100万美元左右。目前地产公司Leasha Larkpor声称该房屋已经收到20多份报价。
