人民财讯7月23日电，工商银行(601398)7月23日晚间公告，该行于2020年9月23日在境外发行了29亿美元境外优先股，2025年4月29日召开董事会会议，审议通过了《关于行使29亿美元境外优先股赎回权的议案》。今日，该行收到金融监管总局的复函，金融监管总局对此次赎回无异议。该行将于2025年9月23日赎回全部前述境外美元优先股。
