博深股份7月23日公告，公司董事会近日收到副总经理张厚俊的书面辞职报告，张厚俊因工作调动申请辞去公司副总经理及子公司汶上海纬机车配件有限公司董事职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，辞职报告自送达董事会时生效。同日，公司召开第六届董事会第二十四次会议，审议通过聘任王俊杰为公司副总经理，与公司第六届董事会任期一致。
