7月22日，建研院（603183）发布公告，股东及监事褚莹因资金需求，计划在2025年8月14日至2025年11月13日期间，通过集中竞价方式减持不超过3.6万股公司股份，占总股本的0.0072%。
持股5%以上股东及董事吴其超因资金需求，计划在同一期间通过集中竞价方式减持不超过495万股，占总股本的0.9957%。
2025年一季度，建研院实现收入1.51亿元，归母净利润-844万元。
