OpenAI当地时间7月22日宣布与甲骨文达成协议，将在美国开发额外4.5吉瓦的“星际之门”数据中心容量。声明称，加上此前在美国得州的站点，与甲骨文的这一额外合作将使正在开发的“星际之门”人工智能数据中心容量超过5吉瓦，运行超过200万个芯片。
