【赛诺菲将斥资至多16亿美元收购Vicebio 进军呼吸系统领域】财联社7月22日电，赛诺菲已达成独家最终协议，将收购正开发下一代呼吸道病毒疫苗的生物制药公司Vicebio。根据协议条款，在满足惯例条件的情况下，Vicebio股东将获得总计至多16亿美元的款项，其中包括11.5亿美元预付款以及4.5亿美元的开发和注册里程碑付款。
