人民财讯7月22日电，7月22日，杭州有2宗涉宅用地出让，总成交金额18.98亿元。其中，余杭区地块经过35轮竞价，由杭州滨江房产集团股份有限公司以总价15.30亿元竞得，成交楼面价17472元/㎡，溢价率29.65%；拱墅区地块经过6轮竞价，由杭州西湖房地产集团有限公司以总价3.68亿元竞得，成交楼面价15295元/㎡，溢价率7.29%。
