齐鲁网·闪电新闻7月21日讯青岛的一位网友在《问政山东》网络问政平台留言：2024年11月12日，自己花费1万两千多元在芝华士（居然之家青岛店）购买一套沙发，直到现在也没发货。要求居然之家退款，对方不给退。
收到留言后，青岛市进行了办理并回复：经市北区政府协调，目前，商家已完成发货。
