“香奈儿柜姐与顾客当众互殴”，警方通报

2025年7月18日20时54分，蜀山区某商场发生一起纠纷警情。王某（女，36岁）在该商场一门店内使用手机拍摄视频，与劝阻的营业员罗某（女，38岁）发生口角，继而引发肢体冲突，后被现场群众劝止并报警。

According to the police bulletin, the incident occurred at 8:54 pm on Friday inside a store in Shushan district. A customer surnamed Wang was recording video with her mobile phone when she was confronted by a sales assistant surnamed Luo. An argument escalated into physical conflict before bystanders intervened and called authorities.

接警后，民警第一时间到场处置，并将当事双方带回派出所立案调查。鉴于双方当事人均深刻认识错误且未造成明显伤害，根据双方申请，公安机关已依法对本案进行治安调解。

Police responded promptly and escorted both parties to a local station for investigation. After review, authorities determined both individuals acknowledged their mistakes and no significant injuries resulted. Following mutual requests, the case was resolved through formal public security mediation.

据界面新闻此前报道，近日，网传视频显示，合肥万象城香奈儿专柜有柜姐与顾客发生肢体冲突，之后该门店暂停营业，后续两人都被警方带走。

19日上午，界面新闻就此事询问合肥万象城客服，其表示警方已在调查跟进此事，商场今日正常营业，包括该香奈儿门店。

Earlier social media footage showed a scuffle at the Chanel counter of Hefei MixC mall, leading to the outlet's temporary closure. As of Saturday morning, both the mall and the Chanel store had resumed normal operations, confirmed by mall customer service to media outlet Jiemian News.
