7月18日，以“汇聚青年力量，共促发展振兴”为主题的中拉青年发展论坛在陕西西安举办。来自伊比利亚美洲青年组织及9个拉美和加勒比国家的青年组织负责人、青年项目骨干，与中国相关领域的青年代表共50余人参会，共同探讨中拉青年发展合作的新机遇、新使命。
