7月17日，山东菏泽。有网友发视频称，在一路口偶遇四个年轻人共骑一辆共享电动自行车，随后四人闯红灯驶离。视频显示，其中一人坐在车筐位置，一人蹲在脚踏板处，一个人坐后座。7月18日，牡丹区交警大队工作人员回应称，已收到该举报内容，将传唤四名涉事人员接受调查。
