近日，记者了解到，济南起步区高家村、韩家村等城中村改造项目B-15地块项目首栋住宅封顶，标志着项目开始转入装饰装修阶段。
据悉，该项目于2025年初全面启动建设，目前现场已形成多工种立体交叉作业态势，预计8月完成主体结构全面封顶。
