近日，天津市卫建委官网通报天津市社会福利院未按规定实施医疗质量安全管理制度等案。
经检查发现，天津市社会福利院（天津市民政社福医院）2023年1月-2024年12月、2025年2月8日、2025年2月28日未按规定实施医疗质量安全管理制度；2024年9月-2025年5月未按规定填写中医门诊病历。
2025年7月3日，天津市社会福利院被处以警告，同时被罚款20000元。
