记者从水利部了解到，7月17日8时至18日8时，受局地降雨影响，甘肃疏勒河、黑河支流梨园河及讨赖河发生超警戒流量洪水。
水利部已向内蒙古、四川、西藏、甘肃、青海、宁夏等6省（自治区）发出“一省一单”靶向预警，提醒做好中小河流洪水和山洪灾害防御、水库和淤地坝安全度汛等工作。
