新京报贝壳财经讯 7月17日，红塔证券公告称，公司拟以集中竞价方式回购股份，回购金额不低于人民币1亿元（含），不超过人民币2亿元（含）。回购的股份将用于减少公司注册资本。回购价格不超过12.76元/股。回购期限自股东大会审议通过之日起12个月内。
