日最高气温达到37℃以上、40℃以下时，安排劳动者室外露天作业时间累计不得超过6小时，并尽量缩短室外连续工作时间，不得安排劳动者在当日气温最高时段3小时内室外露天作业；
日最高气温达到35℃以上、37℃以下时，要采取换班轮休等方式，缩短劳动者连续工作时间，并不得安排劳动者加班。
