北京商报讯（记者 郭秀娟 实习记者 王悦彤） 7月16日，金字火腿发布公告称，公司实际控制人郑庆昇将其持有的4246万股办理质押，占其所持的29.28%及公司总股本的3.51%。 截至公告披露日，郑庆昇及其一致行动人任贵龙累计质押1.01亿股，占其所持的44.09%及公司总股本的8.30%。
