人民财讯7月16日电，日前，市场监管总局（国家标准委）发布消息，自《生物降解塑料购物袋》国家标准实施五年多来，配合国家“限塑令”相关政策施行，我国每年减少传统塑料袋约200亿只，有效解决传统塑料废弃后不当处置带来的“白色污染”问题。
