金融界7月15日消息，国创高新公告称，近日收到股东黄宇的通知，其所持公司2651.63万股股份已解除质押，占其所持股份比例57.88%，占公司总股本比例2.89%，质押起始日期为2024年10月22日，质押解除日期为2025年7月14日，质权人为国创高科实业集团有限公司。
