大连热电7月15日公告，预计2025年半年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为-3900万元至-4200万元。上年同期净利润为-4100万元。报告期内，煤炭价格走低降低了生产成本，营业成本同比下降，但由于东海电厂剩余拆迁补偿款34956.74万元计提资产减值准备比例由6%提高至20%，导致本期业绩仍为亏损。
