当地时间7月13日，菲律宾警方成功救出一名被绑架的中国商人。12名嫌犯落网，包括6名中国人和6名菲律宾人。
警方称，受害者家属于7月3日报案，绑匪通过加密货币账户向家属索要赎金。警方将对嫌犯提起绑架勒索、洗钱等多项指控。
