人民财讯7月15日电，7月15日，杭州有2宗涉宅用地出让，总成交金额29.86亿元。其中，钱塘区地块经过14轮竞价，由绿城以总价11.5亿元竞得，成交综合楼面价17513元/㎡，溢价率12.75%；余杭区地块经过6轮竞价，由滨江以总价18.37亿元竞得，成交综合楼面价15103元/㎡，溢价率2.8%。
