雷速体育7月15日讯 火箭球星杜兰特做客Netflix节目《My Next Guest 》时谈到了NBA教练的职责，他认为最重要的就是管理球员个性。
“教练要做的是管理球员个性。我们都懂怎么打球，也清楚所有的专业术语和战术体系。能为我们搭好舞台、让我们尽情发挥的教练，我认为就是最棒的。管理球员个性是他们最重要的工作。”杜兰特说道。
上赛季，杜兰特出战了62场比赛，场均得到26.6分6篮4.2助攻1.2盖帽，投篮命中率高达52.7%，三分命中率达到43%。
