人民财讯7月14日电，四创电子(600990)7月14日晚间披露业绩预告，公司预计2025年上半年实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润亏损4000万元至5000万元。报告期内，公司营业收入略有增长，但营业收入规模仍未达盈亏平衡点，2025年半年度净利润为负。公司去年同期子公司完成房产处置导致非经常性损益增加1293.85万元，本报告期无该事项。
