北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）7月14日晚间，鲁抗医药（600789）发布2025年半年度业绩预告显示，公司预计2025年半年度实现归属净利润10206万元—12196万元。与上年同期相比，同比减少59.34%—65.98%。
鲁抗医药表示，上年同期公司南厂区土地办理完成移交手续，土地完成整体移交后产生大额的资产处置收益1.56亿元，导致本期业绩较上年同期变动幅度较大。
