10名教师拟被解聘并注销事业编，高校回应

7月10日，山西大同大学发布《关于对长期旷工人员解除聘用关系的公告》，内容如下：

陈某某等10人未履行任何审批程序长期脱岗旷工。根据《事业单位人事管理条例》第十五条等相关规定，学校研究决定，拟依法与陈某某等10名长期旷工人员解除聘用关系并注销其事业编制。因未与本人取得有效联系或本人收到通知后未到校办理解聘手续，现通过公告方式予以送达，请以下人员自公告发出之日起30日内到本单位办理相关手续或进行陈述、申辩，逾期视为放弃权利，学校将按照相关规定正式解除聘用关系并注销其事业编制。

Shanxi Datong University announced on Thursday that it will terminate the employment contracts of 10 faculty members who had been absent from work for an extended period without approval, in accordance with relevant regulations. Their positions within the university’s authorized staffing system will also be revoked.

据媒体报道，7月12日下午，记者联系了该校教师工作部（人力资源工作部），一名工作人员介绍，公告中的10人均为教师，一部分为校方委培的博士，一部分为公开招聘的博士，有人接受委培后未回校任教，有人上班一段时间后离开，且均未履行审批程序。截至目前，相关人员暂未与校方相关部门联系。

根据学校官网介绍，山西大同大学坐落于大同市，2002年经教育部批准由雁北师范学院、大同医学专科学校、大同职业技术学院、山西工业职业技术学院合并筹建，2006年正式挂牌成立。

Media reports revealed on Saturday that all 10 individuals were faculty members, including some who had been sponsored by the university for doctoral studies but did not return to teach, as well as publicly recruited PhD holders who left their positions after a period of employment—all without proper authorization. As of now, none have contacted the university.

Established in 2006, Shanxi Datong University is a key higher education institution in Datong, Shanxi province. The university has been strengthening its personnel management in line with national regulations on public institution reforms.
