近日，在泰顺县百丈镇湖雾农家乐，有游客在就餐时遭遇门店无情对待，门店老板不仅骂人，还动手抓伤顾客。
据爆料网友讲述，疑因用餐过程中发现田螺汤有异味，欲向老板退还该道菜费用。结果老板态度不仅拒绝，还对一行人污言秽语辱骂。
最终选择求助相关部门进行协商处理。期间，该店老板多次对着游客破口大骂恐吓，期间，动手抓伤一名女性游客。
