7月11日，深桑达A（000032）发布公告，近期公司及控股子公司发生诉讼仲裁案件共计131件，涉案金额总计为6.67亿元，已超过公司最近一期经审计净资产的10%。
其中公司及控股子公司作为原告的案件有20件，涉案金额为3.83亿元；作为被告的案件有108件，涉案金额为2.82亿元；作为第三人的案件有3件，涉案金额为120万元。
2025年一季度，深桑达A实现收入125.45亿元，归母净利润-3406万元。
