人民财讯7月9日电，燕东微(688172)7月9日晚间公告，持股8.4%的国家集成电路基金和持股8.16%的京国瑞因自身经营管理及经营需要，计划在公告披露15个交易日后的三个月内，通过大宗交易或集中竞价方式减持股份。国家集成电路基金拟减持不超过1202.89万股股份，占公司总股本的1%；京国瑞拟减持数量相同。
