财联社7月9日电，美国上周购房抵押贷款申请跃升至2023年初以来的最高水平，尽管借贷成本几乎没有变动。周三公布的数据显示，在截至7月4日当周，抵押贷款银行家协会(Mortgage Bankers Association)购房申请指数上升9.4%。MBA再融资指数也有类似幅度的增长，达到4月份以来最高水平。
