埃及卫生和人口部7月8日发布声明说，7日晚发生的埃及电信公司大楼失火事件已造成至少4人死亡、27人受伤。声明说，起火大楼位于开罗市中心拉美西斯区。起火大楼是埃及电信公司一处关键的电信数据中心，火灾造成大开罗地区移动通信和互联网服务大面积中断。 （新华国际）
