北京商报讯（记者 张君花）7月8日，步森股份发布公告称，公司于2025年7月8日召开第七届董事会第一次会议，审议通过了关于选举公司董事长的议案，决定选举孙小明为公司第七届董事会董事长，任期自本次会议审议通过之日起至第七届董事会任期届满之日止。
