智通财经APP讯，TBKS HLDGS(01960)发布公告，于2025年7月8日，公司的直接全资附属公司, TBKS Investments (B.V.I.) Ltd (发行人) 与独立第三方的认购人订立一份有关发行承兑票据合同。内容为认购人向发行人认购发行人将发行本金总额最多为 950 万美元的承兑票据。票据由本公司透过发行人持有的间接全资附属公司， TBKS Holding Sdn. Bhd. 的全部发行股本作为押记。
公司拟将发行票据的所得款项用作集团于香港及马来西亚的一般营运资金。
