7月8日，吉祥航空（603885）发布公告，股东东方航空产业投资有限公司拟在2025年7月30日至2025年10月29日期间通过集中竞价方式减持不超过2184万股，占公司总股本的1%。
2025年一季度，吉祥航空实现收入57.22亿元，归母净利润3.45亿元。
