近日，大家保险集团发布公告称，公司2024年第三次临时股东会审议通过了修订《公司章程》及其附件的议案。修订后的《公司章程》不再设立监事会，由董事会审计委员会行使《公司法》及监管制度规定的监事会职权。
大家保险集团表示，修订后的《公司章程》现已经国家金融监督管理总局批复生效。据此，公司不再设立监事会，监事会各监事已辞任。
