美国人工智能（AI）云服务公司CoreWeave已同意以全股票交易方式收购数据中心基础设施提供商Core Scientific，交易价值接近90亿美元。
CoreWeave在官网宣布，此次收购将帮助公司“垂直化”其数据中心布局，具体来看，Core Scientific将成为CoreWeave的主要数据中心基础设施供应商之一，利用其现有的数据中心资源和大规模供电能力支持CoreWeave业务。
