苹果公司就欧盟因其违反《数字市场法》而处以的5亿欧元（5.86亿美元）罚款提起上诉。
苹果发布声明称：“今天（7月7日）我们提起上诉，因为我们认为欧盟委员会的决定，以及他们开出的史无前例的罚单，远远超出了法律的范畴。”今年4月份，欧盟委员会根据其《数字市场法》（DMA）规定，宣布对苹果处以5亿欧元罚款。
