7月7日，山河智能（002097）发布公告，公司的全资子公司Avmax拟购置16架DHC-8300型涡桨飞机，交易金额为不含税总价5114万美元，含税总价为5626万美元。
2025年一季度，山河智能实现收入15.13亿元，归母净利润3246万元。
