7月7日，卫宁健康（300253）发布公告，近日公司收到政府补助资金1100万元，单笔金额约占公司2024年度经审计归母净利润的12.52%。此次补助全部与收益相关，预计对当年利润的影响金额为1100万元。补助的会计处理将依据《企业会计准则第16号—政府补助》进行，相关收益将计入当期损益。
2025年一季度，卫宁健康实现收入3.45亿元，归母净利润529万元。
