7月7日，据深房中协统计，2025年第27周（6月30日-7月6日）深圳市二手房（含自助）录得1,436套，环比增长4.2%。二手房录得量两连涨，整体维持在一个相对高位水平运行。根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，截至2025年7月7日，深圳市共有75,169套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加1,311套。
